Rs 12 Lakh Cars – New Gen Hyundai Venue
The first car on the list is the new-gen Hyundai Venue. An SUV that introduced connected car technology in India is all set to be launched in a new avatar. Talking of which, Hyundai has scheduled the launch of the Venue on the 4th of November 2025. Currently, the SUV is priced between Rs 8.54 lakh & Rs 14.72 lakh (on-road, Mumbai). However, the prices may go up by Rs 10,000 to Rs 1 lakh, depending on the variants. With the new-gen, the Venue will get an all-new exterior design with inspiration from the Creta. While it will get dual 12.3-inch displays on the inside & some new features like Level 2 ADAS.

Hyundai Verna Facelift
Next, we have another Hyundai coming under Rs 12 lakh – the Verna facelift. We have already received multiple spy shots of the Verna being tested. However, the test car was completely covered with camouflage. That said, we expect the car to get redesigned bumpers, headlamps, and front grille. Similarly, the interior should receive some refreshments with a tweaked centre console & bigger displays. The powertrain options will largely remain unchanged. Talking about the launch, the Verna facelift is expected to arrive in early 2026.

Rs 12 Lakh Cars – Tata Punch Facelift
Moving to the next, we have an SUV from Tata Motors. In the coming 2-3 months, Tata Motors is expected to launch the Punch facelift in India. Talking of which, the brand has asked the media to block dates on the 25th of November & 9th of December 2025. On these dates, it is highly possible that the brand might launch the Punch facelift – other products could be Sierra ICE or Sierra EV! That said, some of the spy shots reveal that Punch facelift is ready with its changes. And as expected, the Punch facelift will have a similar interior & exterior design to the Punch.ev. Currently, Tata Punch is priced between Rs 6.39 lakh & Rs 10.62 lakh (on-road, Mumbai). However, the facelift will hike the price by at least Rs 70,000 – depending on the variants.

Hyundai Bayon
Finally, we have the Hyundai Bayon that will be launched in India in 2026. Yet another Hyundai in the list, which will be priced under Rs 12 lakh! The Bayon will be Hyundai’s answer to the Maruti Fronx. Similar to the Fronx, the Bayon is a crossover SUV based on the i20. Globally, the Bayon offers – 10.25-inch instrument cluster, a wireless charging pad, 64-colour ambient lighting, a 10.25-inch touchscreen, a sunroof and much more. In terms of engine options, Hyundai will likely equip the Bayon with a new 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine, a 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine and a 1.2-litre NA petrol engine. Also, Hyundai may offer an option for CNG with its NA engine.
